A Clinical aromatherapy consultation is much more than just a nice scent. It gives you the tools to manage your health and wellbeing in a more natural way, by using essential oils, carrier oils, herbal botanical extracts and hydrosols! The use of essential oils dates back thousands of years. They can be applied topically or through inhalation. Used topically, the oils are absorbed into your skin and enter your bloodstream. When inhaled, the essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves straight to the brain. Once you book your aromatherapy consultation with Rooslana Zodek, a certified aromatherapist, you will receive a questionnaire intake regarding your lifestyle, medical background, medications, concerns and wellness goals. We will focus on what is important to you and will work together to find the right approach to reach your wellness goals. We offer full personalized aromatherapy services. We value your trust and time. We take extra time to prepare for our meeting with you and this is why we do our research on your wellness conditions before we meet. We will build a customized program especially for you, with aromatherapy products that would be tailored for your needs and both are pleasant and convenient for you to use. We will also ensure that the chosen oils are safe for you with no contraindications or risks with any medication or other conditions. We will discuss methods of application, safety and answer all the questions you have.
